Job Description Job Description Dallas | Hybrid An AmLaw-recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join its Litigation practice with a focus on health care matters in Dallas. This role is well-suited for an associate with strong civil litigation experience who is interested in complex, high-stakes disputes involving regulated industries, including health care, and who wants exposure to sophisticated litigation and arbitration matters. The Role The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of litigation matters, including health care–related disputes, class actions, commercial litigation, and arbitrations. The practice offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on involvement in written discovery and motion practice, and exposure to complex matters with significant regulatory and business implications.
