Worth, TX Pay Range: $16 - $20 per hour Job Type: Part Time / Full
Time Job Description: MELT Ice Creams is hiring detail-oriented,
people-loving team members to help support both our events and our
day-to-day fulfillment operations out of our Fort Worth HQ. This
hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced days,
thrives in a hands-on environment, and wants to be part of the
magic that brings ice cream all across DFW! What You'll Do: Help
pack and organize supplies for daily event orders Restock equipment
and materials for the next day's deliveries Clean and prep carts,
tools, and gear after use Occasionally serve at events and
festivals around DFW Assist in maintaining organization and
cleanliness of the events & delivery hub Be a flexible utility
player that supports both behind-the-scenes and customer-facing
work You’ll Love This Role If You: Love both solo and team-oriented
work Enjoy being part of the engine that powers joyful events Are
physically comfortable lifting ~50 lbs, pushing ~300 lbs and
working on your feet Don’t mind occasional outdoor work or jumping
in wherever needed Requirements: Must be 18 Valid driver’s license,
Clean driving record Available to work a mix of weekdays and
weekends Detail-oriented, punctual, and proactive Why You'll Love
