Job Description:
Temp RPM Staffing is looking for Assemblers and Machine Helpers
in Bonham, TX Shifts available: 6:00 am – 3:30 pm ($15.50/hr) 2:30
pm – 10:00 pm ($16.50/hr) 9:00 pm – 6:30 am ($16.50/hr) We are
seeking a dependable Production Associate to assist in the
manufacturing and assembly of wooden reels. This role involves
working with processed wood through multiple production phases,
including cutting, assembling, and finishing components to create a
high-quality final product. Job duties may vary day-to-day based on
production needs. Associates may be assigned to different areas of
the facility and are expected to be flexible and team-oriented. Key
Responsibilities: - Follow all safety and security procedures and
report unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately - Assemble
precut wooden boards using hand tools, mallets, nail guns, and
staple guns - Read and understand order sheets to verify correct
information for painting, spraying, or stamping reels - Inspect
products for quality and defects, including misaligned nails - Use
hand tools to remove and replace incorrect or damaged fasteners -
Operate machinery to cut lumber to specified lengths or drill
required holes and slots - Insert hubs into lumber using hand tools
- Lay out boards and assemble reels using nail or staple guns -
Remove wooden flanges from conveyor lines and stack them for the
next production stage Requirements: - Ability to work in a
fast-paced manufacturing environment - Comfortable using hand tools
and basic machinery - Attention to detail and quality - Willingness
to work in different areas as needed - Steel toe boots are required
