Company paid life insurance and a generous 401-K retirement plan.* Keep dock clean/organized and keep lumber stacked neatly in your dock* Prep trailers for stacking purposes. Remove jacks, wheels and ramps as needed for properly stacking a load* Load all loose tires, jacks, ramp gates, ramps, lug nuts, etc. on the load* Make sure all parts are put on load that are brought to the dock for that particular load from Tex Trail, Warranty and Manufacturing.* Change axles out on any load that requests an axle change* Quality Control - notify dock supervisor of any quality issues. This could be missing parts or damage to the trailer.* Responsible for putting blocks in proper position with instruction from crane operator to assure loads are stacked properly.* Hang straps in proper location required by DOT law before load leaves bay.* Tighten straps when load is pulled out of bay* Hook up ground stacks to dealer's trucks, cab-over and one ton trucks, making shire the hitch and ball combination are correct* Assist the other dock members when nothing is loading in your dock* Must be able to lift 60 lbs.INDEED123
