At Bell, we are proud to be an iconic company with superb talent, rapidly creating novel and coveted vertical lift experiences.Bell is seeking an Industrial Engineer III to support operations at our Fort Worth, Texas location.* The Industrial Engineer position will play a key role in enabling Manufacturing to produce Quality Products, Safely, On Time and Under Budget. * This position will ensure that we identify, and implement, the required resources (Man, Machine, Material, Measures) needed to meet these objectives.Position Responsibilities: * Man, Machine, and Tool Capacity Assessments* Facility and Equipment Planning* Capital Planning* Standards/Span/Order Policy/Work Structure/Routing Maintenance* Metric/Target Development* Business Case Development* Project Management* Visual Factory* Work Flow* Cost OutEducation Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field* Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferredSkill / Competency Requirements:* 5+ years of applicable experience is preferred* Ability to lead projects with minimal oversite* Strong analytical skills, problem-solver* Detail oriented, logical, curious* Provide information from data* Competency to validate data* Manufacturing process knowledge* Knowledgeable in SAP, MRP, CAP, SFC or similar manufacturing data systems* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required* Proficient with AutoCAD or similar factory layout software* Experience in factory modeling and simulation is desiredDon't miss the chance to join a diverse, inclusive environment where you feel a sense of belonging.
