Store Location: US-TX-Fort Worth Overview: You will work with our team providing support to the catering and to-go group You will provide the same hospitality that our guests enjoy while dining in just in a fast paced on the go way by taking their payment and sending them quickly on their way with hot, fresh food Responsibilities: The To-Go Hospitality position performs Guest service by keeping the To-Go area clean and properly set up, ensuring that all Guests receive prompt attention, have their orders promptly prepared and ready for pick-up, operating the Carry-Out Counter; acting in a manner that conveys the highest possible degree of hospitality. Ensuring the accuracy of orders to deliver the best experience to our guests so they will want to return again and again Qualifications: To be successful in this role you will need a guest first attitude that exudes hospitality and teamwork. You will be detail oriented to make sure that all pieces of the meal are in the bag The worst thing is to get home and realize you don't have silverware or a requested condiment.
