REPAY is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst who will work with the Sales Operations Manager to support and scale the REPAY Sales Team. You will help manage and optimize the sales teams' tools to improve adoption, user experience, improve sales process KPI's. You will educate our team on the benefits and features of our tools and serve as the point for training and onboarding. As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will work in lockstep with the Sales Operations Manager and collaborate with multiple teams within REPAY  to ensure the sales and success teams are using the tools as effectively and efficiently as possible while providing insight and analytical solutions.

You will work directly with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and other functions to understand challenging problems and exciting business objectives. You will then leverage your experience, broad and in-depth knowledge of sales processes and sales tools to design both standard and creative solutions. You will plan, prioritize, develop and roll out these solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Day to Day sales teams' tool configurations while working to continuously enhance system processes to meet teams needs.
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials related to all changes to the tool, and establish best practices.
  • Conduct fundamental analysis in excel (or Tableau) to identify trends and generate reports.
  • Communicate analytical findings, conclusions, and recommendations to Sales Ops Manager and Senior Management.
  • Onboard all new hires with the relevant sales tools and aid in driving adoption across all teams. Conduct fundamental analysis in Microsoft Excel to identify trends / generate a report.
  • Assist Sales Ops manager in executing longer-term Sales Ops projects.
  • Support Sales, Client Success and other teams on day to day basis with tool issues by using Salesforce cases.
  • Assist Sales Ops in creating and a/b test Outreach sequences and improve process efficiency and operationalize strategy.
  • Support Sales Ops Manager with vendor relationships and vetting of new tools.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a Sales Operations Role focused on sales process efficiencies and optimization.
  • 2+ years as a CRM administrator or sales tool administrator.
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools (excel, Tableau, salesforce reporting).
  • Previous re-engineering experience updating an integrations configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced features.
  • Experience working in a fintech/payments environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience training and supporting sales tools and sales team users
  • Ability to go beyond the execution or tactical tasks and come up with a holistic view of sales ops future to support and drive business growth.
