Developing innovative supply chain processes, best practices,
and strategic solutions by driving strategic supply chain goals;
leading project teams; driving collaboration with cross-functional
teams and key vendors to develop and provide business solutions;
driving strategic and long-range plans to meet critical timelines;
and communicating with and influencing key decision-makers and
executives within the organization.
Driving initiatives to reduce operating expenses within the
supply chain and enhance service by defining transformational
change from concept to implementation; partnering with key
stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity; establishing value
and priority; developing operating and capital budgets; reviewing
return on investment (ROI) analysis; approving and escalating
project plans and implementation processes; ensuring initiatives
achieve desired results and leading root cause analysis. ensuring
processes are sustainable and repeatable.
Leading automation system design & integration, consulting on
the use of advanced machineries for automation of supply chain
processes,helping to develop and implement long-range automation
plansand combining knowledge of automation/system design and
learnings from previous implementations into road maps.
Driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by
identifying customer and operational needs; developing and
communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and
obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying
performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance
accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating
adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
- As a leader of people, providing supervision and development
opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring;
assigning duties; building a team-based work environment;
establishing performance expectations and conducting regular
performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards;
coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity
