We are looking for an experienced business executive to lead the growth and delivery of our expanding Virtual Primary and Specialty Care business. You will be a part of our extended executive leadership team.

You will set strategic direction, manage performance against your product's P&L and lead the multidisciplinary efforts to deliver against growth goals, deliver an exceptional member experience and drive to strong clinical and financial outcomes while hitting margin targets.

You work across the company and with our customers and prospects to ensure that your products succeed. You have the internal data and the market insights necessary to know how your product line is performing and you work to communicate that clearly to the rest of the company. You have strong points of view on what it takes to win and you hold the rest of the organization accountable to results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own your 3 year business plan that defines the market opportunity, the goals that the product line can hit, the strategy to achieve the same and the resources that will be needed to be successful

  • Build and manage the business unit P&L, including partnering with the forecasting team to set the annual forecast for demand and associated clinical and operational capacity requirements

  • Own your product strategy and GTM strategy to propel market leadership: meet and exceed growth targets, meet and exceed client expectations, drive clinical and financial population health results, and continue to meet high standards for patient experience (4.9+ star ratings and MSAT >90) at the right margin targets

  • Scan industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate future direction of your product line in ways that allow us to remain on the forefront of the field

  • Know the competitive landscape and partner with GTM on competitive playbooks (i.e. takeout strategies), as well as driving win/loss strategies

  • Define product packaging and pricing that are market competitive and help us reach our product goals

  • Drive growth of the product line by owning the value proposition, messaging, proof points and go-to-market strategy

  • On an as-needed basis, GM will work closely with functional partners on key initiatives to drive the product goals, such as leading overall client delivery, partnering with marketing to drive utilization and working with product and clinical to drive MSAT and unit economics.


  • You will report to the Chief Product Officer

  • You manage a team of associate GMs, managers, program managers and senior business associates that help you achieve your goals

  • You work cross functionally across the organization and hold teams accountable to drive to results.

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years experience in executive leadership in primary care or specialty care with P&L responsibility

  • Experience implementing innovative clinical approaches to achieve business results

  • Outstanding strategic and analytical abilities and instincts

  • Operate comfortably and effectively in ambiguity

  • Natural ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels

  • Proven track record of leading strategic and high stakes cross-functional projects that deliver measurable business impact

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and business judgment skills.
