This position is typically an 8-hour shift from 2 p.m. - 10:30p.m. Monday through Friday. Flexible overtime schedule when voluntary or required Work Location: 4700 Lone Star Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76106 Environmentally controlled 70 - work environment 365 days a year!


How you'll perform the role. Shared responsibility for finished goods meeting or exceeding customer expectations Secondary: works in different areas such as coiling, flaring, drilling, and cutting when needed. Follow Clean Room protocol. Follow Clean Room gowning and de-gowning procedures. Clean Room inspection, cleaning, and packaging per standard work. Review drawings for special notes on packaging and special length requirements of tubing. Maintain supplies. Make labels for tubing and properly complete production reports (per work instructions). Proper use of measuring devices (measurement training required). Adhere to quality standards and guidelines. Maintain accurate records. Maintain work area in clean and orderly fashion, follow 5s practices. Report production issues to Value Stream Team Leader. Perform work of an equal or lower classification.


High School Diploma or GED, recognizes International Diplomas (may need to be translated to English). U.S. Citizen or permanent residency status required. Basic computer skills preferred. Experience with quality inspecting. Problem solving, quality tools, attention to detail. Previous cleanroom experience preferred but not required. Must be able to read work orders and interpret manufacturing specifications, understand and use shop math, use and interpret measuring instruments (calipers, stop watch, gauges, calculator, etc.) Must be able to demonstrate ability to operate department equipment. Must be able to adapt to production needs to satisfy customer demands. Must be able to work and communicate with peers. Must be able to write legibly, read and speak English. Basic understanding of lean fundamentals preferred.
