Job Description Certrec is seeking a Customer Support Specialist
I who can work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high
level of multi-tasking, a keen eye for detail, and has exemplary
customer support skills. You will work with our Operations Team to
assist in providing top-quality customer support to all Certrec
customers. The Customer Support Specialist will report to the
Customer Support Specialist Supervisor. Responsibilities: Identify
problems/issues within Certrec Products (terminology, bug,
enhancement, interface, paradox, security, redundancy, procedural,
consistency, accuracy, marketing) Support for all inbound
supportcertrec.com, chat, telephone calls. Assist Certrec employees
with website usage and reports of issues, if needed. Prepare USA
materials. Format various documents per policy and procedures and
follow through the review process. Assist external Project
Managers, prepare and process contractor agreements. Learn and stay
current on all Certrec websites and products. Assist in developing
current customer relations and facilitate new ones. Assistance with
tasks in other departments may be assigned when acceptable. Assist
Customer Support Supervisor, as needed. --- Qualifications: Have at
least an associate---s degree, 2-4 years of related work
experience, or equivalent college credit hours (60) from an
accredited university. Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Adobe, and
most web browsers. Ability to assist both internal and external
users with web-tool and access issues. Excellent analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail for
precise analysis of data Critical thinking and problem-solving
skills Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in
a competitive environment Ability to work with teams and
collaborate Time management and multitasking skills with the
