Our products Luminoso Daylight and Compass provide native support in 15 languages, so leaders can explore text data, make sense of feedback, and surface business-critical insights.About This PositionAs the Business Development Representative (BDR), youll be involved throughout the sales process of identifying targets, contacting prospects, and creating Qualified Leads. Youll work closely with internal teams by coordinating activities between marketing, sales and client success organizations. Youll use industry leading technologies such as Salesforce, Slintel and Salesloft / Pardot to help execute lead generation programs by creating targeted prospect lists, emailing prospects to introduce them to Luminoso, presenting Luminoso value proposition, conducting basic product demonstrations and engaging their interest and curiosity as you record their progress through the early stages of discovery and qualification. Along the way, youll gain a thorough understanding of Luminosos solutions and our customer environments. Youll learn about competing technologies and how to effectively present our value proposition to prospects. Your success will be judged on the volume of calls, the number of appointments secured, and the revenue opportunities generated from your outreach activities.As an ideal candidate you:

  • 2-3 Years Business Development Representative Experience with SaaS based platform company / solutions
  • Familiarity with online web scraping tools like WebScraper
  • Familiarity with leveraging LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Salesforce.com and other digital account based marketing tools like Marketo
  • Motivated by a career in tech sales and have high energy
  • Have strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, start-up environment, working independently and with a teamLuminoso will set you up for success by providing you:
    • A defined sales program to provide a path to promotion
    • A training program on how to present to prospects
    • A training program on how to deliver product demos to prospects
    • Learning how to control a sales process from start to finish
