For more information, visit The Member Development Representative is responsible for the assessment and processing of prospective new member agencies in the sales pipeline. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate information and documents gathered from potential member agencies in the Zoho CRM profiles, timely follow up and communication with agency owners, and regular and timely reports to the Director, Strategic Growth and VP, Global Network Development & Engagement. Additionally, this position will work with the Network Engagement & Development team and Operations team to continually improve processes for efficiency. Primary Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain the member sales pipeline in Zoho CRM for US, Canada, LAC, EMEA, APAC, CHINA to ensure smooth interaction with Virtuoso
Create and manage the member prospect record in Zoho, provide inquiry info
Distribute appropriate communications and documents to prospective Member Agencies in coordination with Operations.
Ensure support for the Member Relations Team and New Member Onboarding
Ensure accurate executive reporting of the member sales pipeline.
Monitor Membership Inbox for New Member Inquires and respond as appropriate.
Research and update competing consortia products and services and document for competitive analysis.
Knowledgeable in all products and services available through Membership Access for each region.
Keep prospective member PowerPoint presentations updated with accurate and timely information
Maintain membership forms, documentation, and agreements updates. Matrix to Operations Regular communications with Member Operations Manager to Coordinate contracts, supporting documents and agreements, ensuring adherence to Virtuoso requirements. Requirements High School diploma, or equivalent
2-4 years working with Virtuoso member agencies Skills, Abilities, Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in CRM (Zoho, Dynamics)
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work with a variety of customers, ranging from visionary company owners to detail-oriented back-office accountants.
Organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a deadline driven environment.
Assess continual process improvement
Excellent cross functional collaboration and communication skills
Forward thinking, curious, and creative
Ability to lead projects and people
Ability to collect and analyze complex information, and make decisions

Ability to work independently Travel Requirements Travel is rarely required for this position. (0-1 trips per year)
