EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST - Part Time-Stephenville, Texas-New Grads Welcome _We're looking for qualified EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST - Part Time like you to join our Texas Health family._ Position Highlights Work location: 411 Belknap Stephenville, TX 76401 Work hours: Part -Time (24 hrs.) 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Tuesday, Thursday and FridayExercise physiologists most often work to develop fitness and exercise programs that help patients recover from chronic diseases and improve cardiovascular function, body composition, and flexibility. Exercise physiologists work to improve overall patient health. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology or related field required 3 months experience in cardiac rehab preferred Internship experience in cardiac rehab is preferred Licenses and Certifications: BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days required CCES - Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist Upon Hire RCEP - Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist Upon Hire Skills: Must possess knowledge of respective clinical area to include equipment used, infection control, criteria of standard precautions, national patient safety goals and all other skills related to patient care delivery.Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Stephenville has a long history of providing quality care to the residents of Erath County and surrounding areas.
