Job Description:
summary:Experienced Customer Service Representative is needed in
Moreno Valley! About the company:Management-owned S-Corporation
leading the industry in the development of residential glass for
windows and doors. We have grown to more than 7,000 employees
located at 37 manufacturing locations around the United States.
Pay:$22 to $25 depending on experience Shift: Monday to Friday 8am
to 5pm Job Responsibilities: Process incoming orders for glass
sales Review customer orders to ensureaccuracy Sort, match and file
customer orders Research order or stock related and pricing
questions for customers as needed Ensure customers are kept up to
date on changes or delays related to existing orders. Work with
shipping department to review deviations in orders shipped and/or
revised ETAs and communicate to customer timely Ability to
interpret customer codes/orders to company glass descriptions.
Maintain a working knowledge of customer pricing. Handle incoming
customer calls and back up Reception desk as needed You can also
