Job Description:

This position is for a Systems Engineer to support the Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) program in Fort Worth. The Systems Engineer will support design, development and test of complex systems for logistics on the F-22. Tasks include: development and analysis of system requirements, system architecture, preliminary and detailed system design. In support of Agile development, the Systems Engineer may also be required to support development of specifications and test procedures, perform subsystem and system integration and test, and conduct formal testing.

Basic Qualifications:
--- Experience applying SysML to Systems Engineering efforts and working with modern SysML tools (i.e., Rhapsody, Cameo).
--- Experience developing model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models that include development of Use Cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
--- Demonstrated technical lead experience.

Desired Skills:
--- Experience with program and design review processes.
--- Demonstrated analytical problem solving.
--- Familiarity with Agile practices and Methodologies (i.e. JIRA, Confluence)
--- Experience in Systems Engineering Requirements, Design, and Verification.
--- Experience with requirements management and decomposition.
--- Experience working cross collaboration with multiple engineering teams.
--- Strong oral and written communication skills.
--- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Option for direct employment after 90 days.

This is an onsite position.
