We help our customers save millions of dollars every year, enabling us to achieve unparalleled growth in the water treatment industry.GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Tech Staff Specialist will provide technical and administrative support in the area of Legionella control and water management plan development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESKnowledge of Legionella subject matter as well as project management fundamentals.Coordinate development and tracking of New York water management plans (WMPs).Transfer survey data & assist with creation of New York WMPsKeep up-to-date and advise on all associated regulations standards and guidelines.Coordinate, order, and assist with third party vendor WMPs.Prepare proposal template packagesConduct site surveys to develop WMPs. Develop standard for Legionella testing laboratories and advise Procurement.Develop and maintain informational documents as well as marketing materials.Provide trouble shooting and technical assistance as required, including sales and customer training. Ability to travel up to 30% - 40% of the time KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSTechnical, Analytical skills, and business knowledgeCommunication and Interpersonal skills; Teamwork and leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in science or engineering3+ years experience in areas related to water treatment and/or bacteria/LegionellaProject management experience or qualifications preferred
