Primary responsibilities will consist of supporting and maintaining Exchange 2013/O365 Hybrid environment, SMTP Relay servers, Active Directory, Azure AD, and DNS.

Responsibilities:

? Daily incident and service request ticket support

? Work with Azure AD & on-Prem Active Directory systems in support City of Fort Worth's Microsoft 365 tenant

? Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration and troubleshooting

? Support and maintain Azure environment to include ADFS and Dir Sync

? Develop and maintain custom PowerShell scripts to automate AD functions

? Migrate user mailboxes from on-Prem Exchange to Exchange Online and troubleshoot any issues with migrations

? Monitor, analyze, optimize, & troubleshoot Active Directory, O365, DNS, DHCP, and Azure environment

? Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, on-Prem SMTP relay servers

Qualifications

? Minimum of three (3) years of hands on experience configuring & supporting enterprise systems infrastructure technologies (Active Directory Services, Exchange Administration, PowerShell Scripting) is required

? Minimum of two (2) years of experience with O365 Administration is required

? Good working knowledge of PowerShell/Especially familiar with Exchange PowerShell

? Minimum of one (1) year of experience with ADFS administration is a plus

Preference will also be given to candidates Microsoft MCSE/MCITP (or higher).
