Bilingual Recruiter Needed - Hybrid Role After Training!


Position: Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Fort Worth

Duration: Temp to Perm Opportunity

Compensation: $26/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, normal business hours. 4 weeks on site for training, then hybrid schedule

Essential Functions & Expectations

• 
  
• 
  Create diversified and marketable posts on job sites and source/vet candidates using postings and various job boards
  
  
• 
  Screen candidates via phone, email, and text and ensure the candidates meet the job qualifications
  
  
• 
  Schedule in-person interviews, Zoom calls, and appointments
  
  
• 
  Accurately document and upload information into UKG Application Tracking System (ATS)
  
  
• 
  Submit candidates for background checks
  
  
• 
  Work alongside HR department to assist candidates through onboarding processes
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  
  Required Experience
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Recent experience in a recruiting role
    
    
  • 
    Must have a sense of urgency, ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask at a high level
    
    
  • 
    High School Diploma/GED is required, college degree is a plus
    
    
  • 
    Experience with UKG ATS is preferred
    
    
  • 
    Exceptional communication skill - written and verbal
    
    
  • 
    Motivated individual eager to add value to a growing company
    
    
  • 
    Healthcare/Dentistry office experience is a big plus
