804 Technology is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a long term contract job opportunity located in Fort Worth TX. The Talent Acquisition Specialist's responsibilities include but are not limited to: handling day-to-day recruiting processes, screening and presenting candidates that are aligned to the position profile, and managing the candidate flow. The Specialist will be responsible for conducting phone screens with prospective candidates. Duties may include administrative tasks, such as collecting references, maintaining file records, managing data within the ATS and other assigned tasks.
