Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Mobility Specialist in Remote,
USA!
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with employees, managers, and internal teams to provide
guidance on immigration, relocation, and global moves
Initiate and manage immigration cases, coordinate with relocation
partners, and maintain data accuracy in HRIS system
Maintain mobility and immigration trackers, support international
assignments, and provide administrative assistance to the Global
Mobility team
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in immigration or global
mobility at a multinational organization
Experience with vendor coordination and HRIS tools, particularly
Workday
Strong technical aptitude and ability to leverage technology tools
for process improvement
Comfort with ambiguity, sound judgment, and ability to review
company policies for appropriate action
Proficiency in Google and MS Office suite applications
