We are seeking experienced Broachers to join our client's precision
manufacturing team. This position requires both traditional and
modern CNC broaching skills to machine workpieces with splines,
keyways, holes, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate legacy broaching equipment (up to 50+ years
old)
Operate CNC broaching equipment for high-precision surface
finishes
Machine internal/external keyways, splines, circular/non-circular
holes
Inspect machined components to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
Direct broach experience required
Experience with both mechanical and CNC broaching
Familiarity with precision machining standards
Ability to read and interpret technical prints
