National Marketing Director- Franchise Ready to step into a senior

you will work closely with global teams to ensure consistent
governance, data-led decision making, and strong brand

degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA highly
regarded. Minimum 8 years' experience in senior marketing

environments. Demonstrated expertise in national campaigns,
omnichannel and digital marketing, mar-tech platforms, agency
management, and oversight of multi-million-dollar budgets.
Commercially astute and analytically driven leader with persuasive
communication skills, proven stakeholder influence, and the ability
to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your
essential duties and responsibilities as the National Marketing
Director will include: Lead and execute national and regional
marketing programs that drive measurable ROI, brand consistency,
and network growth. Ensure franchise partner adoption of local area
marketing initiatives aligned with brand standards and business
objectives. Manage agency relationships and digital performance,
maintaining accountability for marketing KPIs, lead generation, and
conversion outcomes. Lead, mentor, and coordinate USA marketing
teams while enabling cross-functional collaboration across
operations, finance, and franchise development. Oversee marketing
budgets, reporting, and governance, ensuring transparent management
of funds, accurate performance reporting, and alignment with global
