Skills - Communication Skills - Presentation Skills - Maximo - Microsoft Powerpoint - Microsoft Office As a member of the Plant Engineering team, the candidate will be part of the computerized maintenance management system (Maximo) operations team focusing on property liaison. Will be responsible for rectifying discrepancies including 'surplus', 'not on location', and 'non-production'. Will assist with the determination if a maintenance plan is required for non-capitalized assets and establishing the PE number for the item within Maximo. Assist with property issues and preventive maintenance issues working closely with multiple levels of leadership. This position requires long periods of standing, walking, climbing, and kneeling to accomplish daily tasks. Basic Qualifications: - Experience writing technical instructions/documents. - Experience working with Plant Engineering and Facilities operations. Desired Skills: - Experience presenting status reports to mid-level leadership. - Experience working within a maintenance group. - Experience with the entire Microsoft office suite. - Working experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System such as Maximo. - Familiarity of a property accounting system and knowledge of property control policies. - Prior responsibility of managing within an established budget and being able to track progress utilizing Excel and/or PowerPoint and presenting to peers and leaders. - Asset management system familiarity - Good communication skills (will work closely with ES & H, Property Management, Production, and Facilities Engineering) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
