Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Janitor with light-maintenance duties at our busy auto dealership. The successful applicant will have experience performing the following tasks:

• Clean building and showroom floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them.
• Gather and empty trash throughout the facility.
• Service, clean, and supply all restrooms.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, etc.
• Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Replace and restock all paper goods in the coffee bar area and restrooms
• Clean the customer waiting area – move chairs and clean underneath as well – disinfect and wipe down chairs
• Sweep the sidewalk along the front and at all entrances to the building and remove the trash from the north side that is outside
• Sweep the delivery bay at least once a week
• Pick up trash along the fence line around the entire property
• Clean up the smoking area daily
• Other duties as necessary when assigned and including light-maintenance
• Experience using screwdrivers, drill bits, and other light toolsAsk for clarification of duties if unsureThe ideal candidate will work flexible hours and work closely with another individual in completing all scheduled tasks daily.
