• The goal of this internship is to solve business problems through automations and integrations
• Assist in analyzing internal processes, data, and problems and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities
• Collaborate on multi-functional projects to identify areas for improvement, work cross functionally with key stakeholders and document business requirements translating them into functional ones
• Work with IT and business stakeholders to conduct User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist in managing the QTC/ CPQ SFDC and Sales tools portfolio of projects
  • Create business process flows and assess cross-functional impactsQualifications:
    • Must be in Junior or Senior year in college to apply
    • Possesses a strong passion for learning new technology and can ramp up quickly
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills especially documentation skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines and work independently
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Interest in Business Analysis and Agile Project Management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google docsLearning skills/outcomes:
      • Exposure to software development with a strong emphasis on Salesforce
      • Understanding Business requirements and Business Process Management including process design and modeling
      • Introduction to Agile Project ManagementAvailability:
        • Full-time [40 hours per week, 10 week internship]
        • Must be available to start either June 13 or June 20, 2023
