Description:--- Troubleshoot customer issues related to websites that may be data related.--- Assist internal program managers, customer service reps and purchasing reps with data related requests.--- Follow established procedures to import data into our accounting system.--- Evaluate existing processes and find better solutions to make those processes more efficient.--- Run ad hoc reporting for program managers and company management to serve customers or assist management in decision making.--- Run billing procedures on a weekly/monthly basis that require the use of SQL queries to extract data.--- Work closely with IT department to manage server tasks and applications where needed from our department.--- Assist in finding software or tools to help with specific management requests.--- Assist in automating existing manual processes using new tools or programming processes. --- Work with offshore developers as needed during daily tasks related to website issues and databases.--- Renew and Load SSL certificates on the server as needed for existing websites.--- Assist the marketing department in completing data specific questionnaires related to potential new business.--- Assisting the accounting department with software issues related to Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.--- Work with various departments during new website or program set ups to ensure cohesion in processes and procedures.Qualifications 2+ years experience with SQL Server management including scripting, stored procedures, SQL Agent processes, database design, database management, user security management.Ad hoc reporting Office 365 - strong knowledge of all appsBasic understanding of website structure and design Understanding of coding languages, SQL, VBA for Access databases, cXMLExperience with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) a plus About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
