Position: Aircraft Records AnalystPosition Type:
ContractLocation: Dallas/Ft. Worth, TXJob Description:Serve as a
team member on the Aircraft Records Department, responsible for the
processing and retention of all aircraft maintenance records.
Organized, attention to details, great level of accuracy in work
required. Ability to research and audit is helpful.Principal Duties
and Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the policies and
procedures of the Aircraft Records departmentProcess and review
maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness in the Time
Control SystemUpdates computer status and responds to all
alertsIdentify and obtain corrections to discrepant recordsEnsure
timely, accurate and synchronized data updatesWork directly with
Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal
groups when records are neededProcess component removal and
installation recordsResearch and resolve unmatched aircraft
dataDistribute and retain documents as required by FAA policySet
up/install inspections in computer systemComplete other assignments
and projects as directedPosition is very critical to accuracy as
the results are projected out to aircraft planningQualifications:
Aviation maintenance
experience/knowledge preferred (especially aircraft component and
FAA Airworthiness Directives)Effective communication skills,
including the ability to read and follow directions.Demonstrated
analytical and problem solving skills; high level of attention to
detail; outstanding organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple
duties/priorities on a daily basis; ability to function effectively
under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a
fast-paced work environmentAbility to lift up to 40 pounds
(primarily to move paperwork around)Stand for long periods of
timeAbility to read write, fluently speak and understand the
English languageComputer literate; proficient with Microsoft Office
software; knowledge of System Time Control (STS) preferredAbility
to work independently, as well as with team members;
self-motivated; 'can do' attitudePowered by JazzHR
