Description:Position Summary:The Sales Analyst I assists in the planning/scheduling of spare seat orders and mod kits for RECARO Technical Support; with a key focus on supporting external sales functions, and managing customer commercial documentation. The Sales Analyst I prepares sales forecasts (spare seats and mod kits), collects and analyzes data in order to evaluate current sales goals as well as to aid in the forecasting of procurement activities. Assists in the development of sales quotas, forecasts, and preparing proposals for the Technical Support Program Managers in response to Customer Requests. The ideal candidate should excel at extracting and synthesizing data across platforms and systems. The Sales Analyst I position will need to coordinate with the TSPMs, Engineers, Spares Team while requiring limited supervision while maintaining proper individual judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Commercial and Customer Coordination:

• Single point of contact for program related Purchase Orders
• Supports with the loading of Mod Kits & into SAP for generation of requirements
• Single point of contact for Documentation sales, coordinated through Technical Support Engineers.Specifically works with:
  • Technical Support Program Managers to ensure all modifications & spare seat orders are properly loaded into ENGAGE (Sales Database)
  • Technical Support Engineers to ensure documentation, requested by customers, is properly distributed.
  • Spares Purchasing Leadership in the communication of upcoming orders/deliveries
  • Spares Operations Leadership in the communication of upcoming builds/deliveries.Other Roles and Responsibilities will include:
    • Manage customer contracts and all other agreements related to customer interface
    • Assists Technical Support Program Managers with preparation of offers to customers, as well as contract reviews
    • Ability to work effectively and professionally with diverse cultures; works well within a team setting
    • Demonstrates the ability to think both analytically and creatively
    • Minimum domestic and international travel will be required, must keep valid and current passport
    • Initial assignment may involve two or more weeks of travel to Germany for training purposesRequirements:Education/Experience:
      • Bachelor's degree in technical, finance, accounting, or business fields;
