Seeking a seasoned Director of Sales Training to join our Leadership team!Your RoleThe right candidate for this role will have a successful history in sales as well as experience as a Professional Speaker & Trainer. The Head of Sales Training will provide coaching, motivation and support to enhance the engagement and success of the team in attaining targets and goals- to both internal & external teams. Every day, we interact with sales customers, across a variety verticals, providing support, training, and seminars through social, mobile, digital, and face -to-face channels.Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the execution of all sales training programs offered
  • Learn all Training programs & becoming certified when applicable
  • Remaining knowledgeable and ahead of the schedule to ensure trainers are prepped and ready to deliver lessons and seminars.
  • Personally Train clients when needed, especially executives
  • Reviewing recorded virtual trainings & providing the trainers with feedback or coaching as needed.
  • Approving Lesson schedules for clients
  • Collaborating with clients who need additional assistance: helping them select their next courses, discussing trainer changes, assisting with specific trouble areas
  • Working with the Operations Team on the Trainers Schedules
  • Learning new content as it's created, story writing, and practicing training with the team
  • Working with the heads of all Departments to ensure Overall Program & company success.
  • Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program;
  • Producing training materials for in-house courses;
  • Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the sales & training environment;
  • Keeping up to date with developments in training and coaching by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
  • Ensuring that all Training Staff has been trained and developed according to the minimum qualification level
  • Serves as the POC for all training related issues and programs for the client/account.Your Skills and Experiences

    • High frequency in travelling required

    • Must have strong sales background
