THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Sales Administrator will serve as a point of contact for prospective clients with queries about service offerings at BevSource and The Lab, while providing support for sales representative(s). The Sales Administrator needs be efficient and very responsive for vetting, scoping and the processing of orders as well as be goal-oriented with a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Provide prospective clients with information on services, including, but not limited to quotes, sell sheets, presentations, and sample contracts
Assist with early stage(s) lead vetting for both The Lab and BevSource
Coordinate and schedule meetings and calls
Create Estimates and Sales Orders in NetSuite, while ensuring accuracy of input data
Process orders for quality testing (may include coordination of sample shipping)
Provide consistent, reliable and timely responses to client inquiries and/or issues
Provide recommendations and solutions with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy
Identify need for escalation of client orders and/or issues
Under the direction of senior sales team members, assist with preparation of service contracts for pre-production, quality testing and pilot services
Onboard new business
Coordinate pre-payments
Maintain CRM records
Utilize NetSuite and systems effectively and participate in the BevSource EOS/Traction Process
Answer phones and route them to the appropriate BevSource personnel
Other duties as assigned

WHO YOU ARE:
You have an Associates degree in business, technical discipline or 2 years of relevant work history
You have 2-5 years minimum of applicable experience (preferred)
You are Customer Service Driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills
You tend to be energetic and enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn
You are hard-working with a strong work ethic
You have a strong desire and passion to help people
You have the ability to build relationships with clients, partners and coworkers
You have strong MRP software and computer skills
You display strong organizational skills and attention to detail
You have an ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
