Job Description Customer Service Representative Home Office- Mineral Wells, TX just west of Weatherford Due to significant growth, EPI is looking for a service-oriented professional to join our fast-growing inside team. EPI is the manufacturer of the medical device Alpha-Stim, FDA cleared to treat anxiety, insomnia, depression, and pain. We are excited to be in the position of growth and expansion and this is an excellent opportunity for the right person(s). Responsibilities: Answer phones and direct calls and/or handle inquiries according to strict company policies in a professional and friendly tone Perform and complete daily tasks including but not limited to processing customer orders via phone, fax, and email using various computer software, returning customer inbound phone calls, data entry, and general customer support Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and CRM Build relationships and rapport with customers in order to provide exceptional customer service Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, in company CRM and maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality systems requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 years in customer service or sales related position Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft programs and Adobe. Familiarity with CRMs, data entry, and/or ERP software a plus Presentable, polite, coachable, and willing to learn Organized and excellent multitasking skills Experience with military service or VA is a plus Willingness to learn and ability to complete tasks assigned Type 40 wpm and 10-key Ability to think through situations logically Benefits include health insurance (with option for vision and dental), life insurance, vacation time, retirement IRA, profit-sharing/bonus program Company Description Electromedical Products International, Inc. is based in Mineral Wells, TX, just west of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
