The Company: (a Company), is a National Print, Digital Marketing, and Logistics Service Provider with capabilities in every aspect of marketing. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative (RSR). The RSR position is an individual contributor role. Responsibilities include strategically partnering with new and existing clients to maintain and grow revenue while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales. ColorArt is a privately held printing company selling nationwide. Job Description: The candidate should be a self motivated, tech-savvy individual, driven to succeed. This individual should be someone who easily connects with people and enjoys expanding their network. Strong communication and selling skills are required to present our comprehensive suite of innovative print and digital marketing solutions to current and potential customers. The ability to recognize and overcome obstacles during the sales process is a must to meet and exceed sales goals.The position requires heavy outbound calling, in-person or video conference meetings, as well as handling inbound calls. Customer interfacing will result in the incumbent or applicant being responsible for resolving quotations, establishing lead times, order placement, expediting, changes in quoting, order placement, and communicating pertinent information to all necessary parties.Primary Duties and Responsibilities ( Essential Functions) These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must perform with or without reasonable accommodation.The position responsibilities include the following: Reach or exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales budgets Meeting or exceeding established sales goals Determine and negotiate pricing schedules for all quotes, programs, products, and services Professional sales presentations to a range of prospective clients via webinar and in person Work closely with our production group to ensure predictable results for your customers Participates in trade-related activities as needed Self-generate leads in identified verticals and markets Continue to develop knowledge and skills within all segments of our industry Utilize for tracking lead conversion, ROI monitor campaigns, and objective tracking Prepare and adhere to monthly sales plansTo Be Successful, you will need to be: Proven self-starter with the drive and initiative to develop new business Comfortable with effectively making sales cold calls Positive, outgoing, and professional in your personal presentation Able to cultivate relationships, establish rapport, and develop credibility with customers and co-workers Able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with a large and diverse client base, both internally and externally Work comfortably with all levels up to and including C-Suite A proficient level computer of skills including MS Office SuiteMinimum Job Requirements 5+ years of relevant work experience in a B2B sales capacity Past track record of achievements (Physical record of numbers or achievement is preferred)Preferred Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, marketing, or equivalent sales experience with documented success Experience using CRM tool is a plus ()Additional Information Travel required Remote worker - home office Must be able to report in person as needed to local plant in Chicago, IL, or St Louis, MOColorArt offers a competitive salary and commission plan.
