Consultant, you will be an integral part of our sales team,
responsible for facilitating the purchase of our newly constructed
homes. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers,
providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through
the home-buying process. You will work closely with our marketing
and development teams to showcase our properties and ensure a
seamless and on-brand experience for our customers. Do you want to

Requirements: As our most customer-facing and brand representing
position, the following are our expectations of this role: Ability
to work in a demanding, fast-paced, and team-oriented setting.
Desire to work in concert with an industry leading sales team and
our highly experienced executive management team that consists of
our VP of Marketing and CEO. Top-producing sales record with a
great personal attitude with strong morals and ethics.
Self-motivating individual who brings energetic, competitive, and
genuine customer service to their community. Excellent ability to
listen to buyers, their needs, shows eagerness to ensure their
satisfaction in one of the most important investments. Effective
writing and communication skills. Proficiency with technologically
efficient processes is a must. Innovative and strategic marketing
mindset with the goal of attracting buyers to your community.
Ability to successfully manage and develop a full-time,
high-performing sales assistant. As a lifestyle brand, we would
like to see candidates who value continuous education, seek out
learning opportunities in product knowledge and home
sales/homebuilding industry knowledge. Be open to honing/improving
your creative skill as well as your storytelling abilities. Reports
