Job Description: An established consumer products company is
seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Manager (CPG) to lead retention,
engagement, and customer value initiatives across the full purchase
journey. This role will be responsible for developing and
optimizing lifecycle programs that drive repeat purchase behavior,
subscription growth, and long-term customer value. This position
will partner closely with analytics, eCommerce, finance, brand, and
commercial teams to translate consumer data into revenue-driving
strategies. While initially focused on process ownership and
program execution, the role offers future leadership opportunities
as the organization continues to expand. This is an ideal
opportunity for a creative, commercially minded CRM leader who
understands CPG purchase patterns, replenishment cycles, and
subscription economics — and who thrives in a collaborative,
fast-paced marketing environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and
execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy focused on
customer acquisition, onboarding, repeat purchase, replenishment
cadence, and win-back initiatives • Lead CRM programs across email
and SMS channels, including automation, personalization,
segmentation, and performance optimization • Drive subscription and
loyalty program performance by improving retention, reducing churn,
and increasing upsell and cross-sell effectiveness • Establish KPI
frameworks tied to revenue, retention, customer lifetime value, and
incremental ROI; provide performance insights to senior leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, brand, analytics,
operations, and eCommerce teams to align lifecycle programs with
broader commercial objectives Qualifications and Requirements: • 5
years of lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing experience within a
consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment • Hands-on expertise with
Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools, including email and
SMS campaign management • Demonstrated success driving measurable
revenue growth, repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value
improvements • Strong understanding of consumer purchase behavior,
replenishment-driven business models, and subscription economics •
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data
into actionable marketing strategy and financial impact Preferred /
Nice to Have: • Experience in subscription-based or
replenishment-focused consumer brands • Background in managing
personalization engines and CRM technology partners • Experience
collaborating within large, cross-functional marketing teams •
Ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution
