$80,000.00 per year Requirements/Responsibilities Responsibilities:
-Lead the planning and execution of product launch projects,
including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines
-Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering,
manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure
alignment and collaboration throughout the launch process -Develop
detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project
execution and monitor progress -Identify potential risks and
obstacles to project success and develop mitigation strategies to
address them -Proactively identify and resolve issues that may
arise during the launch process, working closely with stakeholders
to find solutions and minimize disruptions -Monitor project
performance and implement corrective actions as needed to keep
projects on track and within budget -Collaborate with suppliers and
vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials
required for product launch -Work closely with quality assurance
teams to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer
requirements Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
Business Administration, or related field; MBA or PMP certification
preferred. -3 years of experience in project management, preferably
in the automotive or manufacturing industry. -Proven track record
of successfully managing complex projects from inception to
completion, including product launches or introductions. Knowledge
of automotive manufacturing processes, plastic molding injection
technology, and quality assurance principles is a plus -Proficiency
in project management software and tools. -Strong project
management skills, including the ability to develop and execute
project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks. -Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
