Job Description:

At Cargill, our FSQR (Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory) Technicians are instrumental in ensuring the implementation and enforcement of our quality assurance and food safety programs. This vital position supports our mission to nourish and sustain the global community by conducting routine tests, documenting compliance, and participating in corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality in our products. Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples. Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release. Perform visual inspections of finished products. Coordinate with operations to ensure compliance with all food safety and quality regulations. Document test results, manage records, and prepare reports for management review. Participate in the development and review of quality and safety policies and manage audits. Assist in the training of quality assurance staff and operations personnel on quality protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with HACCP, GLP, FDA, or other regulatory audits Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact successfully with team members and management Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) Preferably certified Quality Auditor, or willingness to achieve certification
