thrive here. POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be primarily
responsible for performing the installation, assembly, repairs and
adjustment of custom cabinetry at residences including: loading and
unloading cabinets in company vehicle, installing and trimming out
cabinets, and meeting any additional needs our customers may have
on site. Responsible for timely completion of assigned task with
high level of quality, workmanship and professionalism. Reports
directly to Install/Service Manager. All qualified applicants will

disability, or genetic information. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent
Millwork, carpentry, and a production experience (1-year minimum)
Skills and Attributes: Ability to use hand held power tools,
fabricating machines, and power equipment. Capable of reacting to
varying project field conditions and able to make decisions to
solve problems and changes in scope of work. Ability to read and
interpret shop drawings and plans. Can analyze assignments for
correct tools, supplies and equipment required for the task(s).
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills to calculate measurements,
such as length, surface area and volume. Ability to read a tape
measure. Must have skills working with basic woodworking tools.
Basic understanding of woodworking materials and cabinet
manufacturing methods. Must be able to work in both a team
environment and individually. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing
and pulling of 100 pounds. Regularly required to use hands and
fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and
reach with hands and arms; use fine motor coordination and eye-hand
coordination. Frequently required to stand, talk and hear.
Frequently required to walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel,
crouch and crawl. As needed, demonstrate proper operation of
equipment and general work techniques (tools and machine operation,
etc.), including safety. Knowledge of machines, equipment and
tools, including appropriate use and basic maintenance. Able to
perform detailed work and maintain production, quality and safety
under pressure and deadlines. Ability to communicate with customer
in professional and knowledgeable way. Availability: This is a
full-time, hourly position (minimum 40-hour work week, hours could
exceed that depending upon workload). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Load company vehicles of outbound materials and
tools required for installations. Review service paperwork and
drawings with Install/Service Manager for previous and current days
assignments. Communicate with customer by contacting them in route
and reviewing scope of work to be done prior to start of work.
Follow-up with customer before departure to communicate status of
project and completed work. Install cabinets using pneumatic and
electrical hand tools. Verify dimensions and check the quality or
fit pieces to ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
Complete all specified service work with installation procedures:
loading, unloading, staging, trash removal, assembly, clean up and
detailing. Can resolve punch issues and close out work order using
proper procedure and forms. Communicates task status and problems
to Install/Service Manager. Completes required all paperwork and
documentation that is legible and completed in a timely manner.
Review all work completed to ensure that cabinets meet HTC quality
standards. Clean up job site and load all tools back into company
vehicle. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Ensure safe
operations of tools and equipment. Keep company vehicle clean and
organized. Utilize daily improvement time to evaluate ways to make
your job simpler, safer and faster. Complete special projects as
assigned by Install/Service Manager. Always perform duties in a
safe and conscientious manner. Always keep company vehicles clean,
orderly and serviced Drive company vehicles in a defensive and safe
way always and never text and drive. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is
performed at various job sites including shop and in residential
homes under construction. Frequently works near moving mechanical
parts; is exposed to vibration, humidity, changes in temperature,
and loud noise. Ability to work in an environment where fluctuating
temperatures may exist between hot and cold. Frequently is exposed
to fumes/particulates, chemicals, moving equipment, electricity.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 18 years of age or older Possess valid state
drivers license without restrictions. Exceptional customer service
skills. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to use pneumatic
and electrical hand tools, machinery and saws. Ability to perform
maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and saws. Strict
adherence to corporate values and LEAN manufacturing principles
Willing to submit to pre-employment background verification,
medical review and drug and alcohol screening. Willing to submit to
random drug testing during employment. Able to read, write, and
communicate (speak, hear, and understand) English. Able to work
outdoors in all weather conditions, including inclement and extreme
temperatures. Able to work on and around heavy equipment. Able to
follow written and oral directions. Must have dependable
