Primary Responsibilities:

• Flochec assessments of dialysis patients
• Schedule patients for clinic, procedures, and ultrasounds
• Cross-train to preop recovery area duties.
• Takes VSS on all patients
• Records findings in EMR
• Reports any abnormal finds to nurses to follow up
• Assists physicians and nurse practitioner with permcatheter removals
• Set up sterile field as needed
• Floats to Arlington to assist
• Stock recovery/pre-op bays
• Set appointments for vein clinic, VRS, and ablations
• Verifies insurance for all procedures pertaining to PAD and Veins
• Orders supplies for vein procedures and stockings
• Preps and assists in all vein ablations, pre-op, and recovery
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications
  Requirements:
  • NRCMA
  • BLS
  • Vascular Experience
