Are you an experienced Obstetrician and Gynecologist looking for a locum tenens opportunity near Corsicana, Texas? We have an immediate need for coverage at a reputable facility. Assignment Details: Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Call Only EMR System: MEDHOST Practice Setting: Inpatient Average Deliveries Per Year: 15 This is a supplemental position to cover call for a few days out of the month. The call schedule runs from Friday to Monday, starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 7:00 AM the following day. The facility provides support staff for the call, and the patient age range is from 15 to 50. Specialty Skills Required: Low risk and high risk pregnancy management FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) OB Ultrasounds (interpretation and performance) Level I/Screening (viability) Level II/Targeted (anatomic) Routine and complicated deliveries C-sections, including decision-making VBACs, breech deliveries, multiple births Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office/minor gynecology procedures (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.) Surgical gynecology procedures Call Details: Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes of notification Phone Consults: Zero Call Ratio: TBD Patients Seen: TBD Call Back %: TBD Admissions: 1-5 per shift If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact MD Staff at , or email us at .
