Job Description:
An Atwoods retail store associate is responsible for providing
outstanding customer service through a variety of functions
including but not limited to: merchandising, promotional
preparation, safety, assisting other departments, answering phone
inquiries, general housekeeping, and assisting customers with
purchases. In addition, they are integral in loss prevention and
inventory integrity.
Requirements
--- Exceptional customer service skills
--- Ability to lift or move heavy merchandise
--- Math skills to count merchandise and for cash handling
--- Develop product knowledge and selling skills.
--- Ability to work outside in variable weather
--- Extensive standing and walking
--- Cooperative and willing to work as a team
--- Be sure general layout of dept. is correct - fixtures, flow,
merchandising
